Nope.

Uh-uh. Nope. There is NO rhyme or reason for either of these words scrawled on different walls near my home (or here on my blog, for that matter). They're not cool. Or funny. Or even that interesting.

But here's what'll happen: Someone--perhaps the walls' owners or some nearby do-gooder or a neighbor complaining about eyesores--will remove them with some sort of paint or magic chemical or what-have-you. Two or three weeks later, someone will scribble something else. I will probably take another picture of it. And thus the process begins all over again.

It makes for a constantly changing landscape. And I secretly kind of dig that.

(However, I WOULD like some better random words to photograph as I walk by. For your consideration, oh walls of Brooklyn Heights, I submit the following:

WIGGLE

DUDE, (yes, I meant to leave the comma)

MONOCLE

BUTTERY

WHATEVER

Anything else to add?)

Oh come on... SWAYZE is a little bit funny.

For me, it was funny for a moment--then it just got annoying. Of COURSE someone spray-painted "Swayze." I bet they're a band or something.
