I want to get on whatever invite list you're on! Those little verrines were so obviously French inspired, I just knew it! Then I saw your caption that it was Ducasse.... that style is so popular here. They even have cookbooks for serving in little glasses (appetizers and desserts primarily) but it really is practical!
